Project management

How can we help?

You might be asked to produce project plans, business cases, schedules, governance models, and robust risk management.

If that all sounds like another language, we can translate the jargon and help present your business’s capability in professional, project management terms.

We can help with:

  • Decoding project management requirements so you understand it in real terms.

  • Project initiation/planning/startup documentation that meets requirements and authentically reflects your business’s project delivery capability.

  • Project management coaching for small to medium businesses- so you know what you’re getting yourself into!

  • Project document review and feedback: If you’ve found a template online or had a crack using AI - that’s awesome. We can provide a human review and feedback to make sure it’s legit and achievable for your business to deliver.

Project management is the process of planning, organising, and overseeing the steps needed to turn an idea into a successful outcome.

Whether you're launching a new product, applying for a grant, or starting a new service, project management helps you stay on track—setting clear goals, timelines, budgets, and responsibilities. It’s especially important when starting something new because it keeps things focused, reduces risks, and ensures your time and resources are used wisely.

There’s a good chance you’ll be asked to demonstrate some project management skills when applying for a tender or grant. It’s a way of showing the funding organisation that you have a plan for getting stuff done.

  • Amelia was the client-side project manager and business case author for a ~$200M campus building development proposal for which I was the project sponsor. The proposal was developed in response to a range of strategic and operational needs for a range of stakeholders and the solution Amelia presented brought these together into a cohesive development strategy which took into consideration both short- and long-term objectives. She collated inputs from multiple stakeholder groups, worked closely with consultant architects, and briefed and obtained all required endorsements through a complex approvals process. What was particularly impressive about Amelia’s project contribution and skill set was her ability to write persuasively and produce high quality documentation; her ability to navigate complex approvals processes and incorporate feedback; and her ability to work with a range of stakeholders to develop an outcome that harmonises a range of organisational needs. I have no hesitation in recommending her to others.

  • ClearPath Tenders Bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to funding processes and project management. Possibly more importantly though, they listen, lead gently and will share the journey with you.

  • Over a decade’s worth of projects, I have observed firsthand Amelia’s capacity to navigate complexity, manage diverse stakeholders, and write persuasively. She is a talented project manager but has shown herself to be so much more than that. Whether it be a complex procurement or risk management assessment, she is a trusted team member who exercises good judgment and willingness to take initiative.

  • I really appreciated the thoroughness of a grant development process Amelia managed for me. She was able to synthesise information quickly and produce a product that not only sang the benefits of the project, but make it appear to the funding body achievable and practical. She would be a partner I would consider in any grant or tender writing opportunity especially for small and medium enterprises.
